[Hammarlund] Will You Support WPE Certificate Reactivation?

I am debating whether to revive the old Popular Electronics WPE certificate
program or not. I am still trying to get permission from the original publisher
to use the "WPE" for new certificates, but the calls previously issued can be
reprinted on a new certificate without a problem.	
	
Everything is ready to go if I decide to attempt this project. The question is,
will you support it? 	
	
I can not give you details just yet, but I can tell you this much. 	
	
1. New monitor call signs will be issued for the USA and all other countries
with a beautifully done certificate to frame.	
	
2. Vanity calls will be available	
	
3. Discounted merchandise will be available on the special web site for those
who hold a new monitor certificate or who have their old one reprinted.	
	
4. Unlike the original program, and the WDX version, the web site will offer a
variety of services and a wealth of information.	
	
It is going to be very difficult to put together the records for these calls
from 1957 forward, but I am willing to do the work. That is, IF you will support
the project. I can not give you exact prices yet, but they will not be
unreasonable. For instance, a printed certificate mailed to you might cost $15.	
	
Please send your responses direct to me so as not to clutter up the list.	
	
I am open to constructive suggestions, send them along too.
