[Hammarlund] Missing Variable cap shields on 180's

    Hammarlund issued a service bulletin, of which I have a copy, that 
addressed this.
They discovered that the shields were retaining moisture and causing 
corrosion problem
with the caps underneath.  The dealers were instructed to remove the 
shields if the
radio came in for service and replace the caps if they had developed corrosion.
If you really want a set, I have several.  I have removed them from all the 
radios that I service
and from my own as well.
