Hi,

If you’re a QCluster user, please check the version number by clicking QCluster / About QCluster.

If it is 0.65b (082) or earlier, then it doesn’t support automatic updates and you’re missing a lot of features and bug fixes.  I think there are still quite a few people running these early versions who haven’t updated.

You can download the most recent version directly from here: https://qso365.co.uk/qcluster/qcluster.dmg or via the web page here: https://qso365.co.uk/qcluster/#download.  Once you’ve downloaded it, make sure QCluster isn’t running, mount the file, drag QCluster into your applications folder and then simply restart it.

Since 0.66b (086), QCluster has a built in automatic update checker, which can also be invoked manually from the Settings page or via QCluster / Check for Updates...
