Updates to QCluster since my last post.

• Fix graphical glitch on band filter sidebar.
• Added smart user registration. When connected to dxspider.co.uk, QCluster detects if you're registered to submit spots. If not, the 'Send Spot' button changes to 'Register'.  Clicking this button opens a ready-to-send email in your default mail client and then starts checking in the background. If you are registered during the current session, the button will automatically change to 'Send Spot'.
• Fix a bug that in rare cases could cause a grid to be removed from the comment field.
• Fix occasional graphics glitch when clicking 'Disconnect'.
• Enhance RTTY mode detection.
• Enhance FTx mode detection.
• Add 'Start QCluster on login' option to Settings page.
• Redesigned Settings page.
• Enhanced the spot table redraw when alerts are enabled or disabled.
• Tightened node type detection on connect.
• Club Log integration enhancements.  Club Log integration now has two distinct modes.  If you don't select an entity, it behaves as before and sets up a single alert for the bands/modes you select. Previously this would default to all DXCC bands.  If you select an entity, it will set up the alert for that specific entity, using the bands and modes you select.  Effectively, a specific new slot alert.  It's easier to try it than describe what it does.  When you go into the 'Populate from Club Log' screen, you're shown the changes.
• 'Clear all' button on alerts now disables the alert.
• General performance updates.
• Update cty and lotw databases.
