You need to use a VNC client; something like RealVNC. I believe Microsoft
also still makes a version of their Remote Desktop Application which will
allow you to control the Windows PC from your Mac. Don’t expect superior
performance; it will be laggy under all but the best network conditions;
but you should be able to get it to work with no issues.

Mac to Mac is trivial. Have the Navigator working on the Mac with Fldigi.

In Preferences/Sharing enable Screen Sharing.

On the MacBookAir open a finder window and note in the left panel of the
finder
window under "Shared" your remote Mac will be listed.

Click on it and a Finder window opens.

There should be a small button near the top of the window labeled
Screen Sharing.

Click on that and in a few seconds a large window will open with your
remote
Mac's screen. Use your mouse and keyboard in that window exactly as you
would
were you sitting at the Mac.

it yet. Not a network guy, but have a local LAN with PC or Mac (A/B Switch)
connected to IC-756ProIII via Navigator. Would like to use the radio with
my MacBookAir from the house out to my shack.

Or point me to where this might be described for a novice.
