[Ham-Mac] cocoaModem in Mountain Lion

Got it.

I found two forks of CocoaModem on Github. https://github.com/jetcom/cocoamodem had some activity in February. I just downloaded that version, and it builds under Xcode 5/MacOS 10.8.5, albeit with many warnings. Program appears to be running fine, but I'm not set up to test it at the moment. 

That repository seems to be the only place with any development taking place. I suggest you open an issue (https://github.com/jetcom/cocoamodem/issues) and see if you get any takers. I might take a look at it myself next week.
