[Ham-Mac] WSJT-X OS/X font size

Jack is correct. OSX and TextEdit can deal with plain text files just fine. If the file doesn't end in .txt, just try dragging it on to TextEdit. Chances are it will open. TextEdit will even preserve oddball line terminations like CRLF, etc. There are also emacs and vi installed, if you want to use them. Xcode can, of course, read and edit all file formats.
