I tried to file a ticket against FLDIGI but when I followed the
"tickets" link on https://fedorahosted.org/fldigi/, I ended up in a wiki
somewhere with a "not found" error.

So, here goes.

If you enable spotting and your internet connection is not working
(forgot to plug in the ethernet cable), FLDIGI gets an addressing
exception error.

What version, you might ask   3.21.69 and 3.21.68 at least
