[Ham-Mac] Update of SLAB USB to URAT Driver

While preparing a note to André, M0JEK, on my fldigi setup options for rig control, I noticed a new versions of the Silicon Labs USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers at:

I am not sure how you tell what version is currently installed; however, mine must be at least two years old. I download and installed the Macintosh OS X (v3.1) version and it works  perfect with OS X 10.8.3, fldigi-3.21.68 and the Kenwood TS-590S. I now have one less thing to worry about.
