[Ham-Mac] Mouse hovering on an Apple MacBook Air (trackpad)

Dick,

Good catch.  I just recently re-installed OS X and when I did so, I forgot to install the cty.dat and lotw1.txt files.  Now that they are installed, the popups are working 100% with the magic trackpad. 

Sorry for the erroneous information.
