"iWeb" hasn't shut down. "iWeb" is Apple's Web site authoring software, and it is alive and well.

One can still use iWeb to create Web sites like these ...

What you will need is a hosting account. I have been a client of GoDaddy for many years. They 
have not ever fail me - when it comes to products and support.
