[Ham-Mac] flrig PTT using the space bar

Skip, KH6TY, asked me to add a feature to flrig that would allow him to 
use the space bar to toggle the PTT button on flrig.  He asked for the 
right feature as it is already built in to the fltk toolkit used for the 
flrig user interface.  Any button that has the keyboard focus can be 
toggled, advanced, etc (includes buttons, check boxes, and any control 
derived from the button).  Simply insure that the target control has 
keyboard focus.  Keyboard focus can be recognized for a button by the 
control having a dotted line just inside its outside border.

You can test this by pressing the PTT button and then toggling with the 
space bar.  This might be useful when flrig is used with voice on SSB or FM.
