I may have worded that wrong but I meant MMTTY running on a PC vs cocoamodem running on a Mac. During the last RTTY contest I ran cocoamodem/Mac with the audio from my second receiver in the K3(kind of SO2R). The main receiver ran with N1MM/MMTTY. Flipping back and forth a few times listening to the same signal, it seemed like cocoamodem struggled where mmtty was fine. And in general it seemed like cocoamodem did not copy signals well like I thought it should have compared to mmtty(with N1MM). Occassionally I have used RumPed in rtty contests and have felt the copy was not as good as it should be. But yet again I may be all wet :-).
