[Ham-Mac] microham on a mac

The FTDI installers will not install anything that is specific to  
MicroHam. They are generic serial drivers that support the FTDI USB- 
Serial adapter chips. The /dev directory may not have the driver for  
the FTDI device unless the device is plugged in, but what you are  
looking for are entries that look something like:

tty.usbserial-00004006
tty.usbserial-FTU2Q615A

and the like. Most likely it will be tty.usbserial followed by a  
serial number.
