After logging 135 QSO's in the BARTG contest, I just happened to check my Exchange macro and discovered the change I made before the contest to add the <XBEG> and <XEND> was not saved to my macros.mdf file.  The good news is the saved file without the additions has been working perfect and fldigi prepares the Cabrillo report in the correct format. 

The Macro that has been working perfect for the S&P exchange is:
