The issue mentioned above was easily resolved by rebooting Mac OS X 10.7.3 and fldigi. After the reboot, fldigi was able to create a Cabrillo Report that tracked the .adif logbook file. All is well and I am now over 110 QSOs the BARTG RTTY contest.  I have no idea what happened.
