[Ham-Mac] Looking for CI-V cable for ic-7000 - Mac/PC

Is anyone out there using an aftermarket CI-V cable? There seem to be a number available on the Web, but I'm a bit leery of ordering an inexpensive Chinese unit that may or may not play well in the Mac environment.

My immediate use for the cable would be for use with Rumtrol7000 memory manager,
but if there was a better memory manager for the ic-7000 that would run on XP on the Mac (VirtualBox), it might be good to have a cable that played well under both Mac/Windows.

Any cable suggestions would be appreciated.
