     * Added --auto-dir command line parameter which forces flmsg

     Reorganized source directory structure by form

   Preformatted text
     * Changed html output to tag multiline text fields as preformatted
       text with tags <pre>...</pre> which correctly displays embedded
       web page codes and muliple spaces on a line.

   FLMSG default folder
     * Allow changing FLMSG folder using command line switch
       --flmsg-dir "full-pathname" where
       full pathname may be abbreviated with
       $HOME/dir-name, on Linux / OS-X or
       $USERPROFILE\dir-name on Windows
     * Default is $USERPROFILE\NBEMS.files\
       $HOME/.nbems/
