[Ham-Mac] WSPR for Mac

WSJT and WSPR are available as Linux (.deb) packages, so should run in a Debian-compatible version of Linux under VirtualBox. This would avoid the cost ($ and otherwise) of running Windows.
It appears that installing Linux in Boot Camp is a bit difficult, although I haven't actually tried it. At one time I had a PPC Mac running dual-boot with Linux and OS X and that may be possible with Intel Macs, as well.

I still think you need to buy a copy of Windows though even with VirtualBox, so cost wise little is gained, other than not having to reboot the machine.

It works fine with Bot Camp though, but Windows is not free. If you have a copy of Windows, or am willing to buy one, this is the way to go. - Duffey
