    * Added QSO_DATE_OFF update for older logbook files.  QSO_DATE_OFF
      will be set iaw QSO_DATE, TIME_ON, TIME_OFF.  QSO_DATE_OFF roll
      over by day, month, and year will be correctly accommodated if
      TIME_OFF is less than TIME_ON
    * Added ability to transmit a pre-signal tone.  This tone will be
      centered on the signal bandpass and precede any video-ID, RsID or
      data stream transmission.  The purpose of the tone is to allow
      triggering a carrier operated amplifier such as one would use for
      VHF/UHF systems.  The tone duration can be adjusted from 0.0 to
      10.0 seconds in 0.1 second increments.  The duration must be > 0.2
      seconds to produce any output.  The control is on the ID
      configuration page.
