Suggest you take a look at the SignaLink USB Integrated USB Sound
Card by Tigertronics.

It is plug and play for most setups.  The feature I like the most and my
primary reason for selecting the SignaLink USB is its Auto-PTT.  This
solved a big interface issue for me.
