Yep, I had that when they first came out, only in my case it thought I
was pressing both side buttons at once, I had two of them and it
happened to both, so I don't think this is a 'fault' I think it is a
design flaw. It was on 14MHz too.
I complained to apple - not only did they not understand, but they
weren't very sympathetic either.
They agreed to take them back in return for me buying a Logitech S530
Mac keyboard/mouse combo - which I have been very pleased with. But
Logitech don't make it any more - I did find a second on on eBay a few
months ago.
