[Ham-Mac] OS X Time Machine Question on Invisible files and folders

On the occasions I have needed to deal with invisible files on a 
backup, I did the TM backup and then used File Buddy to deal with 
whatever needed to be done with/to the invisible files. I have 
several files that are deliberately invisible on the main drive and 
TM backs them up and restores them just like any other file.
