[Ham-Mac] OS X Time Machine Question on Invisible files and folders

I hate to ask dumb questions but do use File Buddy in conjunction
with the Apple Time Machine or do you just use File Buddy to open
files on the Time Machine backup hard drive?

I wanted to use the Time Machine Restore button from the normal
Time Machine user interface.
