[Ham-Mac] new iMac: parallels vs. fusion?

The reviews say Parallels is better and faster. I run 4.0 not the new 5.0 yet and i like it with XP. 
Don't buy the new 27" iMac. They are having troubles with the monitors. Apparently the 20.5" one is ok.
