[Ham-Mac] OS X Time Machine Question on Invisible files and folders

I downloaded a demo version of File Buddy and yes it lets you view
hidden/invisible files; however, I could not figure out how to get it to
work with the Time Machine.app.

Can someone tell me how to view hidden/invisible file via the Time
Machine.app using standard Apple utilities.

I am not interested in purchasing File Buddy and the demo will be
discarded.
