Safari 3.0.4 on 10.4.11 passes too.
It is my experience that pages that do not render correctly (if at all)
using IE (read Microsoft) explicit features, quite often ActiveX, but there
are a lot of IE features that are non-standard, even things like object
attributes.
Its been a while since I read the CSS book, but alignment attributes and
table attributes always were a problem.
