I am very likely missing something but the level can be adjusted
DOWN from the default 0 db pad.  In my case it was too low, and
there is no "negative pad" provision to increase level.

It is no big deal, just an observation that this is the first program
that I have tried which requires me to turn the DigiKeyer RX #1
level to almost MAX.
