[Ham-Mac] Daylight Saving Time change Hosed

I was happy to see that my G4 Mini running 10.4.8 had the correct  
time this morning.  I was amazed to see that my 6-year-old "atomic"  
clock had also made the transition.  I assume that WWVB must send a  
DST flag and the programming of thet clock, which was done before the  
law changed, didn't come into play.

Life was simpler when I lived in Arizona (Hi, Brian).
