[Ham-Mac] Daylight Saving Time change Hosed

As I understand it the reason 10.4.8 offers the option for
controlling the time/date manually is precisely for times like this
week-end when it was decided to implement daylight saving time two
weeks ahead of the normal practice. If the change had followed normal
procedure of past years, your system would have switched to DST
automatically - - - it you had checked that option.
You "done" exactly what was expected at such times, Dick. (I think)
