[Ham-Mac] Daylight Saving Time change Hosed & Fixed

Harold,
FYI, I really had the change to DST hosed. Thanks to me you do not have
that problem in AZ because I was one of the people in Scottsdale that
voted years ago for AZ to pass on DST.
At least I now have it fixed.
