I can tell from experience that the Sirius version doesn't broadcast  
as strong as local FM stations.  So if they local FM stations aren't  
hurting you,  the Sirius rebroadcast won't.  (it's hard to find a  
clear frequency to rebroadcast onto).

If you are nervous, you can get a gizmo that takes the signal and  
puts it into a cassette so you can turn off the transmitter.
