[Ham-Mac] New members question packetograph

I used Packetograph with a TM-D700 for awhile, but haven't since I  
moved the rig to the car. I now use it almost exclusively with the  
APRS-IS connection, but I've also used it the a KPC-9612 without  
problems. Packets received that are outside the map area would  
display in the packets window, but would not be listed in the list or  
shown on the map since they are outside the coordinates defined for  
the map.
