Yes, this seems to be the problem. The IP is assigned between
the eMac and router, but the router and Wildblue modem appear
to not communicate.
I re-re-verified the router settings. The DHCP works great between
the eMac and modem and I also tried my XP laptop and Win2000pro
PC connected directly to the modem.
I think a new router is in order, certainly as a test.
