Thomas: I bought one of the first Signalinks USB units and it works wonderfully with my Yaesu FT 817 and my MacBook. I use it mostly for PSK-31 using cocoaModem. In fact it works so well, I have ordered another Signalink USB unit to interface my Icom Ic-756 Pro 3 and my imac G5. Go for it !!!
