[Ham-Mac] EchoMac via a DSL Modem

I was trying to help Patricia, KE5JEX, with her setup and I now have the
same problem and could use some help. I made the recommended D-Link router
settings
-----------------
http://www.echolink.org/firewall_solutions.htm

- After Name, enter "EchoLink".
- After Trigger Port, enter 5200.
- After Trigger Type, choose TCP.
- After Public Port, enter 5198-5199.
 -After Public Type, choose UDP.
----------------
and that did not help. I still cannot hear anything via EchoMac and when I
connect the stations on the other end cannot hear me.

I was discussing the issue with K5AXW (who controls the K5AXW-R node) and he
suggested I check my DSL modem. I contacted the AT&T DSL Tech Support and
the lady had never heard of the ports mentioned above and she said the the
modem was not blocking any ports.

Any one had EchoMac success via a DSL modem? Did you have to make
configuration changes in the DSL modem?
