Steve,

Thanks for the site.  I read one of the posting that said something 
about  USB plugins etc not working.  I had my Dymo Label Writer 400 
Turbo plugged in and turned on.  I pulled the power plug on the 
Turbo.  - Eureka!!!  It now works!!
