[Ham-Mac] problem here

I have TT 4 and ran it with no errors, and defregged it as well.
I ran Disk Utility and repaired (no problem)
I erased the internal via SuperDuper, and them copied it over.
I ran TT4 off its eDisk partition with no problems at all.
I really don't want to erase the TT4 partition!
