[Ham-Mac] Help Uploading a Contest Cabrillo format to LoTW

Dick,

This indeed is a mess.  I recently completed the January VHF 
Sweepstakes contest, but I will not submit a log.  That is way too much 
work for dubious results.  The ARRL is just as bad as Microsoft...
