This note is "The End" to the shaggy-dog story. Wayne Mills, N7NG/1
responded this morning with a suggestion that I use the number "8" as the
Field number in the tqsl.app Cabrillo Preference file and it worked perfect.

I was able to apply my digital signature to the UKDX-RTTY.log file with the
resulting .ts8 suffix (when the file is signed, it has the .ts8 suffix). I
emailed the file as an attachment to LoTW and a few minutes later I received
the "Automated response to your LOTW request" that all was okay.

Thank for reading this mess. End of Shaggy-dog story. It has been a
learning experience for me.
