AppleWorks will do labels; just set up a custom paper size to match  
your labels in Print Setup.

I believe the AppleWorks database can even mail-merge into your label  
setup if you need to do mass mailings,.

Apple's Address Book application, included as part of Mac OS X, will  
print address labels or envelopes from entries in its Address database.

Palm Desktop will print address labels (and return address labels,  
too) from entries in its Address database.
