application (including the tqslapp Preferences) and download a fresh
version. 

The only issue I have had with tqsl is getting it to sign Cabrillo .log
files and this is because not all Cabrillo logs are supported by LoTW.  You
have to play around with the Cabrillo Specifications under the tqsl
Preferences.
