[Ham-Mac] Safari Bug?

Just for the heck of it, I downloaded a copy of Omniweb 5.1.1, which  
is supposed to be the most standards-compliant browser on the  
market.  It shows the subject page perfectly.  IThere is obviously a  
problem here, but is it some weird invisible character in the HTML,  
or is it Safari? Remember, I got an error code when I tried to copy  
the raw source text of this page and save into a page in HTML.   
Something in the Mac OS itself does not like this page, but the  
problem is sufficiently obscure that most browsers aren't bothered by  
it.
