[Ham-Mac] Best way to key a CW rig using a Mac?

Hi All,
I'm looking for a good way to use my computer as a CW keyer for my
Kenwood TS-570. I don't mind writing a little software for it, but I
haven't figured out a good way to key the rig from the Mac. I have
several old world machines, and am presently using a Wallstreet for the
job. I am using the serial port to get data from the rig to my logging
program, and so it isn't available. I could use the audio out and use
SSB to transmit the CW signal, but the rig won't allow me to use the CW
filters or features of the rig if I do that. I've got free ADB port,
an S video port, SCSI, monitor port and a PCMCIA slot free (if it will
fit with the wireless card in the other slot). I suppose I could make a
hardware hack to key the rig, and at the moment it actually is looking
like the best option, but it sure would be nicer if the solution only
involved software. Does anyone have any ideas?
Tnx for the advice,
Rob
