I have a microHAM too, and made 'Interface Kit 1' from April'04 RadCom as
part of my Intermediate license practical in the UK.
I haven't got around to using it yet, and think I'll only need the audio
bit.

The kits are available from here:
http://www.btinternet.com/~g4kqu/Mode_Components/Kits.htm

and described in "simple sound-card-to-radio interface circuits" in the
April 2004 RadCom by Peter Homer.

The author posted theses on his site at the time but that url is no longer
valid. However, a bit of searching has revealed
http://www.freewebtown.com/hamradio/PTT_Interface.htm

It's worth a look around this site, the other kits are on there too.

This kit has 2 isolation transformers with a computer audio out to rig mic.
input level adjuster. It also has an Optocoupler for PTT, which I think you
don't need if you have a microHAM.
I have the full article on CD, but licence prevents me reproducing it,
possibly the author has a copy he can send you if you wish.

I know you said you didn't want to build, but it really was simple, the kit
has everything you need except a case and is £20, a case is available for
£2.50. All the components are available from other sources, but Mode
components are very good.
