[Ham-Mac] Accuracy of PSK Offset Cluster Spots

I am just anal about such things. The next time you are on PSK, find and
spot the dumb PropNET beacon that should be at 14071.00 +1500 Hz. I usually
find it at 1560 to 1580 Hz. if you don't like your reading, try it again and
you will get an different number. Hope I did not bore you with the dribble.
