[Ham-Mac] Accuracy of PSK Offset Cluster Spots

Gee Dick, 3.72 Hz on 80 meters and 2.66 Hz on 40 meters doesn't seem like
too much error to me. A part in a million on 80 M and a third of a part in a
million on 40 M, is pretty good. Especially if you are spotting PSK
frequencies, that will put one solidly on the QSO. - Duffey
