Dale,

I'm running 19.3.9, which on the webpage you have listed is supposed 
to have fixed the problem.  I did try the fix and put all the times 
roman (actually times new roman)fonts in the trash.  It didn't  help. 
Thanks anyway. It sure sounded good.
