[Ham-Mac] pikdev on a Mac?

Last issue of MacTech Magazine has the article "PIC Microcontroller
Programming on Mac OS X" by Tom Djajadiningrat. Uses XWisp 628
programming board with JAL compiler. I don't have a programming board,
but downloaded JAL compiler. Followed instructions in article to
compile JAL, everything worked as described.
