How did you add them?  If you have a single global IP address
it should take just:

set NAT entry add 10.0.0.2 5198 udp
set NAT entry add 10.0.0.2 5199 udp
write
reboot

assuming 10.0.0.2 is your G5.  No rule is needed for port 5200,
since that is a tcp connection that originates on your machine,
so NAT will automatically take care of it.
